How do I book a service?
You can book online through our “Book Now” button or give us a call. The process is quick, and we’ll confirm all the details with you right away.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Every estimate is free, with no obligation. We want you to feel confident before moving forward.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we’re fully licensed and insured. This protects both your property and our team while we’re on the job.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
We use professional-grade, eco-friendly products that are safe for homes, families, and pets.
Christmas Light Installations
Do you provide the lights, or do I need to buy them?
We will supply your commercial-grade lights.
Do you take the lights down after the holidays?
Yes. We provide full takedown after the season, and we also offer storage. There are some cases where customers prefer to hold their lights, and we completely understand that. Just make the request and we got you covered!
Can you install lights on trees, bushes, and landscaping too?
Yes. We handle roofs, trees, bushes, windows and walkways – whatever you’d like to make your home shine.
Is your work insured?
Yes, we are insured!
What happens if a bulb goes out or something stops working?
If anything stops working, give us a call. We’ll come out to make sure your lights stay looking great.
Residential Cleaning
I saw you also offer cleaning services, but it looks like they aren't available yet. When will you start providing them?
You’re right-we’re focused on Christmas lights this season, but our professional residential cleaning services are coming soon. We’re planning to roll them out February 2026, and we’ll share updates with our community as we get closer. If you’d like to be the first to know when bookings open, follow us on social media for announcements and/or email us to let us know.
Policy & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH and Zelle.
What's your cancellation policy?
Our Christmas light services are offered on a multi-year agreement to lock in your pricing and guarantee priority scheduling each season. If you need to cancel before your term is up, we do require a cancellation fee, since materials and scheduling are planned in advance. That said, we handle each situation individually and will always do our best to work with you.
Do you offer discounts or packages?
Yes! We always offer an Early Bird discount for Christmas light installations. Booking early not only guarantees your spot on our schedule, but also helps you save. Ask us about this season’s details when you reach out.
